Our daughter crawls! One afternoon, soon after turning 9 months she took off in search of the coveted remote control. She had been practising the rocking on all fours and that day it clicked in her head that she could actually move forward. The cutest thing is that she hasn't figured out (yet) that she can follow us or move away from us.
As if this milestone was not enough, she also cut her first two teeth. This has brought about a slight disturbance in the wonderful alnighters she has pulled since she was 2 and 1/2 months old. We have been very spoiled!
And to my utter delight, I am pretty sure she says "Mama". I know many (Papa) are not convinced she actually refers to me but she clearly says it when she cries and that seems to be an indication that she wants her Mamamamamaaaaaa.
What an eventful month and a good reminder to be thankful for the many blessings.

9 meses - Bebe Bilingüe
Nuestra hija aprendió a gatear. Una tade justo luego de cumplir 9 meses se largó en búsqueda del ansiado control remoto. Estuvo practicando ponerse en 4 patas y ese día se dió cuenta de que de hecho se podía mover. Lo más adorable es que no se ha dado cuenta (todavía) de que nos puede seguir o de que puede irse más lejos.
Y como si eso fuera poco, le salieron sus dos primeros dientecitos. Esto trajo un pequeño incoveniente en las maravillosas noches que dormía enteritas desde que tenía 2 meses y medio. ¡Estábamos muy mal acostumbrados!
Y para deleite mío estoy casi segura de que dice "Mama". Sé que muchos (Papá) no están convencidos de que se refiere a mí pero lo dice claramente cuando llora y eso parece indicar que quiere a su Mamamamaaaaaaa.
¡Qué mes tan lleno de novedades! Un buen recordatorio para agradecer por tantas bendiciones.
