NPR Who Needs a Manual to Write Real Good?

I've been reseaching style guides due to my latest endevours in this bilingual blog and found a bunch worth noticing. Coincidentaly, while listening to NRP one morning, I heard a great story on All Things Considered that had me laughing out loud (to my daughter's delight). It's about the 50th Annniversary of Strunk and White's Elements of Style grammar manual. It reminded me of my friend Gabriela who would enjoy this story as much as I did.

Here are some of the titles available at Amazon: The Elements of Style by W Strunk and E. B. White; Style by John Haynes; The Chicago Manual of Style by University of Chicago.
