I'm reading and re reading Buddhism for Mothers by Sarah Napthali and this mantra that the writer quotes from a master jumped at me. If I need to learn and practise anything as a mother, gentleness, patience and persistence say it all. And, by the way, the mantra seems to apply to every role I fulfill: mother, wife, friend, student, teacher, etc...

Si hay algo que necesito aprender y practicar como madre es el ser suave, paciente y perseverante.
