Wild Food - literally.

Here's a wild idea: Wild Food. There was an episode of Gourmet Diary of a Foodie taped in Canada featuring Chefs that forage for wild ingredients to prepare their dishes. They learn all that is edible in their surroundings and pick only what they need. The flavor combinations are exciting yet simple: wild ginger, mushroom and wild greens for a salad.

Digging in the internet I found that there are classes offered in Foraging. See, that's a skill I would like to have adquired in school. Speaking of which, what skills would you like to have acquired in school? Leave a comment!
